Yoga / Stretch
Yoga helps achieve better mindfulness and awareness through a self-practice of dropping into the body, mind and breath.
Practitioner can then easily observe how they feel , therefore bringing more consciousness and awareness into daily life.
Yoga is an ancient technology we can access for self-knowledge & self-development. I am classically trained in lineage styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga , Sivananda and Kundalini yoga. Yoga Flow
All levels offered. A seamless flow of asanas (yoga postures) with a proper alignment focus. A therapeutic yoga class for stretching, toning and strengthening the body & mind. Mediation, Pranayama (breath-work) and Savasana (final relaxation).
Vinyasa Yoga
A yoga flow sequence of postures synchronized with breath and music. This class is not focused on alignment but utilizing breath and movement as an exercise form and as a movement meditation. All levels.
Kids Yoga
Certified with 40 hours of children's yoga and a great deal of experience teaching for schools, summer camps and classes. This kids yoga class is fun and engaging for children.
AGES 3-12.
Prenatal Yoga
Certified in Prenatal Yoga and Conscious Birthing. Meditations and postures to strengthen, tone and stretch specific to the pregnant woman. Meditations and Breathwork to utilize during pregnancy and labor. Meditations to connect with baby baby. Wellness tips and information. Relaxation for body, mind and baby.
Partner Prenatal
Soon-to-be parents can practice together. Learn partner exercises, breathwork and mediations with each other and baby. Partner Assisted positions for labor and birthing, educations , massage to assist mom during pregnancy and labor.
Mommy & Me Yoga
Mom and Baby yoga is safe and fun for both. Mom gets a post natal work out and baby gets some stretching, infant massage, and brain stimulation. (3months - 12 months)
Family Yoga
A class the whole family can enjoy together. Class designed for family to stretch, connect and have fun.
Yoga Therapy
A private one-on-one class in a slow paced manner to focus on alignment, breath technique , stretching & strengthening specific your goals and/or ailments. Yoga therapy focuses on areas of tightness and increased tissue density in muscles to gently open & release. Class utilizes props - blankets, blocks, straps, pillows and bolster as needed. Class is uniquely designed to decrease stress on body & for pain management. Properly assisted and focused to fit your individual needs.
